Please ensure you check the relevant size charts prior to placing an order. We cannot offer refunds where the incorrect size has been ordered but will endeavour to exchange a size / garment for you on all products except Midnight Corsets and EdenCœur Corsets. In the unlikely event the garment is faulty, please notify us immediately and return it to the address listed below, unworn and in its original packaging (postage charge is non-refundable).

We hold most items in stock with weekly replenishments. Where an item has gone out of stock, we will advise you by email of its expected in stock date and offer you a full refund if you are unable to wait. Allure Leather items are shipped direct from their warehouse and we ask that you allow up to 15 working days. Midnight Corsets' garments are hand made to order and again, please allow 15 working days. Again, we will email you with an expected dispatch date.

All orders sent by us are dispatched via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service for a single charge of £3. You will not be re-charged for postage for split deliveries due to item(s) being out of stock. All garments are sent in discrete, bubble packaging to ensure the garments arrive with you in excellent condition. Occassionally garments that have been out of stock will arrive direct from the manufacturer and these will arrive via their preferred delivery method. We occassionally do this to reduce the delivery time to you.

We accept payment from most major credit cards via PayPal which has secure, 128 bit encryption. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders which should be sent to the following address:

Where payment is to be made by cheque or Postal Order, please email us your requirements and the item(s) will be reserved for you for 4 days. Please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance. We will notify you once payment is received and again when your goods have been dispatched. All electronic payments will be via Just Whispers and will appear on your electronic statement as such.
